What are the maximums for the skill modifiers for TK?

Speed Is Where Its At No Need To Get Higher On That

...As For The Damage Just Add 25 And There Ya Go = )

umm, teras kasi caps out speed as well... get the highest damage you can, we also have best accuracy so i won't get into that either, stick with damage
