Here's the deal...
It's nearly impossible to prove that the damage tapes work or not. They would give such a small bonus if they did work that it's like trying to find a single grain of salt in a basket of fries. The only thing you need to know about UA damage attachments is that they are always sold for WAY more than they're worth even if they did work.
