How quickly does meditation heal wounds and at what level does it become usefull?

Meditation4, 15 wounds every few seconds.

Sometimes over 30 wounds every few seconds at master.

does meditation start healing wounds at novice TKA or do you have to get to a specific level before it will heal wounds?

Meditation doesn't heal wounds until med 4...the other med levels are for drastically reducing the duration and effect of various dots. I take at most 1 hit from a dot while meditating before it drops completely. Skill level 1 reduces bleed, 2 reduces poison, and 3 reduces disease.
