Have been doing this with extreme success for some time. It should work for you.

I made a macro to cycle through every stat heal command there is, every 1 second. Whenever I initiate or have been intiated in combat with something I know is going to stat hit me, I have the macro hotkeyed on F1..press it and forget about it. You just have to make sure the macro targets self when you do this just in case you are fighting and you get that stupid message aboutcan't be performed unless it is a pet or whatever..etc..etc..

While you are fighting, the macro continuously cycles through stat-heals. If you have no stat to heal, it will simply say you don't have it to heal. This is a huge thing I noticed, however:

As soon as you inititate combat, and someone KD/Dizzies you (Either BH, or TKA, doesn't matter which profession) You heal the stat before you hit the ground. With it being in macro, you never have to worry about pressing a button. You can concentrate on combat while your macro cycles/heals your stat effects. Coupled with the fact it does not use much mind power, should put you in the green. Works for me.
