Just curious because that means it'll be harder to solo things. Also, how much of a boost does the Power Boost give you?

On defense Stacking. My thought is no, they will not stack. Sony is against Dabbling to increase personal defense and I think that the up comming patch will reflect this.

PowerBoost from the TK Meditive techniques line adds an equivilent to 50% of your natural Mind pool to health, action and Mind. (If you have a 1000 Mind pool then 500 will be added)

Defenses will stack, at least melee/ranged and state defenses. They might put a cap on those and/or stop block/dodge/counterattack stacking. If melee/ranged and state defenses didn't stack, then what is the purpose of having bonuses in Master Brawler, and what would be the point of the skill point system? If melee/ranged and state defenses were changed to not be stackable, they would have to do the same with offensive bonuses such as weapon speed/accuracy. It's far too much and goes against the grain of the original design of the skill points system. At most (if anything at all) you will see a cap on those, but the block/dodge/counterattack stuff is likely to not stack anymore.

I can only get 3 boxes in a single tree in TKA, if the defenses stack I will go xxx3, if not I will go 3xxx for meditation. When you power boost does it drain your mind?

When you hit powerboost. 1/2 of your Mind pool leaves (Spice downer style) and then rebuilds based on your Willpower. Building you to the boosted level in about 1 minute.

Lets say defense stacks and they leave it as it is. What is better, more defense with xxx3 or power boost with 3xxx in meditation?

assuming Force of Will is in the 4th box, dont even bother going to lvl 3 meditation any way. You dont start healing the wounds till the fourth box, so stopping at box three is pointless. either go xxx3 or 2xx1 or something like that.

I thought the more meditation skills you have the longer the powerboost will last. If thats true that it would be better to get meditation 3 rather than stay at 2, wouldn't it?
