Hello I am Tkm Master Brawler, Pistoleer 0 0 4 4 fencer 4 2 0 0 and medic 1 0 0 0. I have 206 melee defense with mods on my clothes. I am also a hardcorePvP on the Tarquinas server.My friend who is tk/master rifleman and 4 4 0 0 fencer has 180+ melee defense.We have been messing around and I have found that he evades a ton of my hits with his rifle out. When he goes tk on me I almost never miss. I have noticed this both in duels and In mass pvp where I kept missing rifleman andany other non tks with alot of melee defense. I know I am not the only one that has noticed this. I have friends that have noticed it too. I am convinced Teras Kasi melee defense is messed up somehow. Has anyone else noticed this? Mr. Heavy if you have anything to say I would love to hear it because right now I am kind ofmad about this. People who have much less melee d then me should not be evading more and yet that seems to be the case. Thanks
