If anything in medic don't worry about medical use. Stim B's with 5 medical use nowadays are uber, at least uber enough. If anything either get Diagnostics or First Aid...These will increase speed of healing [Diagnostics] or amount of damage healed [First Aid]. Also, if you are wanting to cap Ranged/Melee, remember you can get +10 RANGED defense from wearing 2 Aakuan rings, so that may be something to think about. So yeah, you basically can't go wrong with any fencer tree that gives defense mods. They are ultra-uber.
