I don't play buffed.
But I do use Spice all day long.

I'm human.
My HAM is 700-700-700.

If I don't use spice, action is usually a problem before mind.

Also, I don't wear armor pants, biceps and bracers.
Lower the ham cost of special at the cost of replacing your armor more often.

If you use powerboost regularily I would favor mind over health and action.

I play both buffed and unbuffed and for me the migration is the always the same. Max out on all your secondaries then max mind then the rest even out health and action.

Powerboost works like this: In the first minute your mind gets reduced by half the original max value (not counting buffs and such), then starts to regen back up while adding the same amount to Health and action (also over time). Then after one minute, mind makes a jump to 150%, and you are good to go. The values for health, action and mind stay at the boosted value for sometime depending on your level in meditate, I think 7 to 9 minutes, and then, over the time of 1 minute, they decrease to their usual max again. After this decrease is finished you can restart powerboost by medding and hitting /powerboost again.

As an example:

HAM 600/600/1000

/powerboost

HAM 600/600/500

after one minute

HAM 1100/1100/1500 (jumps from 1000 to 1500 in 1 second after 1 minute)

After 7 to 9 minutes

max HAM 1100/1100/1500 -> max HAM 600/600/1000 over 1 minute

You don't lose 500 HAM from your current value, the max HAM gets adjusted back to normal values.

In effect, you can stay powerboosted almost 24/7, it works whereever you can meditate, even on the corvette.

It lacks a buff timer though, and does not appear in the buff window.

Forgot to add: Since it alcks a buff timer most TKAs use a /allarmAddIn timer that wrns them like "+ minute till powerboost runs out", and time the duration whenever they level meditate up.
