just curious, does this skill work yet? whats the eta on it if not and is the problem related to "incap recovery" foods which dont reduce incap timers but instead increase them.

These things seem to work sometimes and other times don't..I dueled my friend Rids and popped it pre-duel and popped right up (99 reduction incap - so I dont get an incap.. 
)
)But I used em on my BH once and still got a 45 second incap..

The only thing I've notice with Incap timer is that it depends on the dmg you got as you get incapped and how fasten you can regen it.
If you get a incap timer over 45 seconds (yes hard to get) FoW will set it to 45 or 35 seconds.
So in my opignion the only thing dev have to change is the timer you get after using FoW droping it to 5-10 seconds should fix the special.

ive tested those foods numerous times and they dont work. friends havent noticed them working neither. i will grab a few more to test but i doubt theyll work.
