A guildie told me that as a Teras Kasi Artist, we get inate armour and that if we equip (for example) a helmet, we get inate armour for arms, body and legs, and the helmet attributes for the head.

I thought that if you wore any piece of armour, all your inate armour is negated.

Who is right?

You are right. If you equip any armor it negates your innate. The exception to this rule is the PSG.You can wear a PSG and still have your innate armor

All the innate armor negates if you wear any piece of armor.

You lose you innate armor with cybernetics on the places where they are installed
