Hey im tka novice about to get enough experience for my first tier skill. yea! Is it still worth getting knockdown first even though it will be nerfed or should i get dizzy or meditate upgrade? Thanks again guys!

Hard to say unless you're on Test Center. Might be better to ask in their forum. My opinion on the knockdown nerf is that it will -

-Help prevent spamming knockdowns in PvP

-Make it much more difficult if not sometimes fatal to solo deep red cons

To be honest, I think our profession will be hurt the least by it. We can take off our weapons to use our knockdown, they cannot.

I don't understand how knockdown can be spammed. I was fighting NPCs all day, and tried spamming knockdown. The NPC would go down, and I'd stand there for 4 or so seconds doing nothing. The mob would then stand up and run away and start kiting me.

I tried it with and without knucklers. I tried using Lunge first, I tried hitting attack right after knockdown. Same effect.

What am I doing wrong?
