can someone tell me a good way to get unarmed 4. i have 14k in 4 so far but it takes me forever to get just 5k of exp any help would be muchly appreciated. thank you

I did it killing narglath cubs and rabid shaupauts on Naboo. YMMV though

It depends on what other professions you have. I am working on unarmed 4 as well, but i am novice medic and novice pistoleer. All I do is hit some mob with health shot 1 and health shot 2 ( They stack) and then go with blind shot, stun attack, and intimidate. The nice thing about health shot 1 and 2 is that as long as you switch to vibro knuckle before you fire a regualr shot, all the exp gained is unarmed exp.Plus with novice medic it helps by cutting the amount of down time. Hope that helps.

When I was going through the same dilemma you are, I was given this advice:

Go to Corellia. Hunt Tabbages and Crazed Durni (roughly 250-350xp each).

I also found that the Corellian butterflies were great xp (the upper ones - like warriors and defenders are 1k+ each). And I highly suggest medic skills as they can seriously keep you in the fight much longer.

I did faction missions and narglatch destroy missions. I was able to do them solo easily and got 350/250 exp from each one respectively. It's also not a bad way to accumulate faction points and make some quick easy money while your grinding

Otherwise get a pet and tank something bigger.

Don't forget to use vibroknucklers for increased speed (ignore the cert warning)
