I tried out the new & improved PowerBoost last night and was impressed. However, I have a question about the "downer" effects and how they work.

I boosted myself successfully, and went out to smack around some baddies. I found myself incapped after a few minutes (thanks to the armor bug). After my incap timer expired, I began to meditate again to regain my HAM. I received the message that my boost was about to expire, which was cool. I was healing and would be ready for my next boost again soon.

When my boost expired, I became incapped again...

It seemed that when my HAM returned to normal, it dropped my current health in addition to my maximum. Let's say I currently had 50/1500 health while boosted. I'm nearly dead. When my boost expired, it *should've* ended up at 50/750. It didn't. It lowered my current health as well as my max.

Is this how its to work, or is it a bug?
