Before the patch, Force of Will, a MASTER Meditate Ability had a 50% change to successfully make you revive from incapacitation with 15 HAM. After the patch, it mokes your Incapacitation timer around, sometimes making the timer INCREASE as well as reducing your HAM to 15 but not reviving. The way it should work... A 50% change of succeeding reviving you with 15 HAM. PLEASE RESTORE FORCE OF WILL!

It's undergone some changes on Test Center. Patience is a virtue.

See the other thread here about test center changes. It is being changed quite a bit.
