I had some ideas for TKA based on my RL experiences with martial arts.

First could they have a bonus to walking speed? Something like 3 or 5 percent. That could give us a slight chance to catch up to someone. Besides if you are running and firing a gun over your shoulder would you be able to run at full speed?

Also how about some disarming abilities?
