They're probably going to push it right at the end of November. If it were a normal patch it would be out half way thru November or 3 weeks into Nov. But this one wasn't even tested internally that much because they wanted to get mounts and cities out quick so they're gonna get in a smuch testing as possible with it. But they can't push into December because they need to push vehicles live and test them as well so its a very tight schedule.
