I have tk novice. In what order should I grind tka? Meditate first?

i would suggest going up either power techniques or precision striking first...this will give you better damage and speed or accuracy. This is the way i would go personally:

Get Power first, then go for balance, and have meditate be the cherry on top. Make sure to get all the precision skills you can get on the way

Whatever you do get Balance 1 first for the Improved Center of Being. After that it's up to you if you want more defense (Balance line)or more speed/damage (Power line) but save meditation for last. The Combat xp boxes will just fall into place as you're working your way through the rest.
