Hello fellow TKA Sisters and Brothers. I have been reading (have read) a lot of threads about what foods and drinks to take. Since Post-CU I have not seen anyone really discuss or post much about this specifically for TKA. I wanted to know so I figured others may as well. Please do not take this as the 'end all be all' for TKA but just some information I found useful. All the information contained within this initial post was taken from other threads from the CHEF boards and I would like to give them the credit. With that said here is what I have found.
Most know that food is no longer stackable. You can only have ONE food buff that effects a specific stat, so you could eat one food that adds Health, one food that adds health regen (and so on, for the other ham bars). Lets say you eat some food that gives you +175 Action Regen, then eat another food that gives you +200 Health Regen +200 Action Regen, the latter will repleace the first buff since it's higher.
Keep in mind, spice is a totally different thing, so are buffs.
So you can have a Health Buff, Health Spice, and a Health Food
Here is a list of foods and drinks that I have put together that seem to give the most benfit to TKA. With foods no longer being stackable (see previous paragraph), cycling between Drinks and Food while your stomach empties is a must.

Drinks:
- Breath of Heaven: +499 Health +200 Health Regeneration +200 Action Regeneration

- Spiced Tea : +160 Mind Regen fill8 40min
- Ruby Bliel: Stimpack Roundtime : 30s fill 22 19min12s
Foods:

- Rakririan Burnout Sauce : +25 unarmed Damage fill28 16min12s
The following list has some foods that I felt were needed for those highend battles.... Necrosis, Night Sisters, etc. Cycling these aforementioned foods is where strategy and timing comes into play and takes time to master.
Additional Foods for mitigation bonuses:
- Synthsteak : +40 Damage mitigation
- Air Cake : 36 Dodge Bonus fill11 18min36s
- Pikatta Pie : 54 Dodge Bonus fill27 24min16s
- T'illa-T'ill: Removes Stomach filling fill52 instantaneous

ADDED Spices:
- Booster Blue: Effects: +20% health, -20% health regen, +20% action regen, +20%
mind regen Duration: 15 minutes
If any of you have information that you think may add benfit to this or if you see something that is not correct, please post it and I will add/correct it. Maybe this can turn into an Unofficial guide that can be stickied.
