Alright, I'm a Novice TKA, working towards master, as well as working up my rifle skill so to eventually become master in both TKA and Rifleman. My problem is my HAM, I don't really know what the best migration of Stats are, so i'd really like some knoledgeable opinions to help me out, thanks!

Get pharm IV, max your mind stats, minimize your other stats, and heal yourslef like a biznatch. That's just my opinion, though,and i'm a stupid leezard.

concentrate on MIND AND ACTION teras kasi use that up the most when u use specials
