I know this isn't the right place to post this but a simple link will do, then you can just let this thread die. Can anyone post a Character Builder? The one I once used no longer works. (www.realmwire.net)

You can get an offline one at swgcraft.com, it's the one is use for calculating skill points because i don't have to wait for the pages to load on my slow connection. It's isn't very updated in terms of skills and mods tho...
