Why the one star? This seems to be a legit question. And I wouldn't mind knowing that answer as well as a person new to TKA

In pvp, intimidate is huge, so I tend to wear the warcry/intimidate clothing. Having to just hit intimidate once, instead of taking up 3 or 4 combat turns to land it, can be big. Although now with the warcry mod coming in, I might recommend the melee def/def vs stun because stun def can be important too (as is a lil added melee def).

What would be more useful to a TKM? As I understand it, BE clothing will give +14 Warcry/Intimidate and +14 Melee/Stun Defense maximum per piece of clothing.
My question is which would be more useful to a TKM? +25 Warcry/Intimidate or +25 Melee/Stun Defense?
Or +14 Warcry/Intimidate and +14 Melee/Stun Defense?
I am trying to find items to add stats without loseing my armor.
And on a different note, do any TKMs wear armor?

I used to be a Master Tailor, and I know you can get better melee/stun and Warcry/Intimidate then those..look around for +16's to +18's. That way you could wear both, as you can wear a form fitting undershirt, and say a decorative vest for what you want. Depends, it CAN be put in pants, but that requires factory goods.
On the actual subject, I go the warcry/Intimidate shirt with a Melee/Stun Hat..or vest I forget, but I use both
.
Look around, BE stuff is dirt cheap now, so you shouldn't have any trouble getting anything good. Oh and if in PvP, just wear a shirt of either or underneath your armour. Hope that helps

I use the warcry/intimidate shirt at all times. my pants and jacket also have the stun/melee mods, but i sacrifice them so that i can switch to armor. +14 or higher to warcry/intimidate is pretty much all you need to get very good results. i haven't noticed much difference with +17 clothing.
the only other slot open when you wear a full set of armor is the backpack/bandolier slot. bandoliers can also hold either of these tissues you are looking for.
if you don't want to loose the backpack, then try for one of the new loot reward backpack schematics. they come from the themeparks. tailors can make them into +3 melee/ranged defense packs that still hold your 50 items. just beware that the components necessary for these backpacks aren't the easiest things to find.

According to the publish notes, it's just dodge, counterattack, block that were capped. Nothing else mentioned.
