perhaps its been noted, but since the patch our VKs have had thier ranged increased. the patch notes said it was increased to 5m from 3m to be in-line with the range of TKs unarmed being 5m.

i have tested this using pets, and as i said, im not sure exactly if this has been said. That being said the range of VKs is not 5m as per the patch, but instead 4m.

VKs where increased 1m instead of 2m according to the patch. This really does not mean we are "plastic men" as so many people have tried to say, because our range of unarmed is 5m, and always has been 5m.

This is true. Some critters automatically stay 5m away from you while you fight them. If you try to get closer, they will slide back to 5m. Crystal snakes are a good example. I can hit them unarmed, but if I put the knucklers on, I cannot hit them.
