Thread: Best way to spend 14 skill points after novice TKA Advice for a dabbler

I'm currently a master smuggler working towards master pistoleer with medic 0/0/4/0 and scout 1/0/0/0. Anyway I enjoyed the unarmed fighting I did while getting novice smuggler so I thought I'd invest my last14 skill points (well 20 skill points actually - 14 after getting the novice box).

Does anybody have any suggestions for the best way to spend these points? I was thinking of going 2/1/0/0. This would give me advanced meditation which (corret me if I'm wrong) would allow me to heal bleeding, poison and disease. I would also get powerboost, not sure how much use it is but it sounds interesting from what I've read. I would also get intermediate balance for some nice defensive mods and a KD attack.

This seems like a nice little set of skills for a minimal investment in skill points but if anybody has any other suggestions lemme know.

Just my opinion, TKA is not a dabbling profession. To be effective, it's all or nothing.

That being said, Meditation is your best bet for dabbling since it has usefulness outside melee combat.

yeah spend then all on meditation..

bar 1 bleeds, 2 poison, 3 disease, 4 wounds

atpoint cost of 5 + 4 + 3 + 2= 14 gee sounds like a set thing
