If your buffed and using brandy, you can spam UA3 hit like no other. -23 for mind only when using only non-mind buffs and brandy. Just imagine dancer/musician buffs and Muon. We could do 2-3k damage every second with nearly no cost. That's not right.
Like I said, I'm working on Pikewoman (4/0/1/4) and I can hit for upwards of 3.5k, but I have a 4 second delay or so, which will become maybe a 3.5 delay when I master it. The time delay is critical.
Flame all you want, but seriously, it's the right thing to try to get fixed. TKM won't be so 'uber' then, but still maintain it's Elite ranking I guess.
Your only looking at it visually... The game is based on a dungeons and dragons type system, just because it looks like it doesent mean it's not happening.

This isn't just UA3, it also happens with Pikeman attacks and several others.
as for the "not rigth" part with buffs, with good brandy and Canape i am not using ham at all, on difference from pre-chef revamp is that now mind is not an issue, as was the case before with health and action.
the devs knw what they where doing when putting in mind enhancing foods, 'cause before you could get the same effect with dancer/musician buffs and stat migration, problem was that nobody used that method (either 'cause of no dancer/musician around or because of the long buff time).
so i belive it is rigth, and for ppl screaming nerf tka, have you ever seen a TKM fight something with medium armour and high Kinetic resist ? or the amount of damage a TKM do in PVP vs. a Swordsman ?
at TKM you have above 100 unarmed speed regardless of what race you are. that means pr. the speed system in game that no matter what attack you do it will be at 1 sec "reload", so i could have this really bad VK, that was 2.000.000 sec reload and still spam my UA3 at 1 sec.
this is how the speed system works, and imho actually one of the better systems in all of the MMORPG out there.
anybody remember the turbo nerf in enb ? that was a speed system gone bad.

Yeah this is true, thats why i don't use hit3. the animation is too long and you can't heal yourself. Combo 1 all the way, if you are master adn you use hit3 its a waste.

I don't think you understand how specials and speed work.
Unarmed Hit 3 has a delay of 3.0 and a DMG mult. of 4.0. The way the SWG speed is calculated introduces a very interesting flaw. Basically, they set 100 as infinite speed. So that means when your character hits +100 x speed (s)he can do ANY special using ANY weapon at 1.0 speed.
Say your Knucklers were 3.0 speed. At Master (+105) Any special fires off at the cap of 1.0. So you can spam UAH3 all day long, and hit every second.
This applies to ANY special where the character can attain +100 in that weapon's speed.
Master Rifleman has +90 speed mod. Add in Master Marksman and he gets +95. At that speed you can peel off Headshots 3 using a really slow (8.0)T-21 every second.
