Um, yes. I can take down a Bull Rancor in less than 10 seconds with just /unarmedHeadHit1. The work is definately worth the rewards.

TKM absolutely OWNS PvE, epecially melee based creatures.

It's sickening how quick you can take things down.

Stuff with high resists, like some nightsisters, anything on the corvette, and multiple ranged enemies spamming specials on you will give you a hard time.

Probably a waste of skill points...you melee and ranged defense will be capped at 125 even though youll have 156 and 129. And most of the mods and moves you've earned youll only be able to use one at a time...Best to pick a primary weapon, then get other skills that support that. i.e. medic with pharm 4 or TK with Meditate 4 or the Fencer defense line...

Myself I do have 2 primary weapons, but I also supplement with some scout and medic

TKM, Master Pistoleer, Smuggler 0040, Scout 1000, and Medic 0040. I can use stim Ds, Harvest stuff for income and Im pretty handy with a pistol when necessary (i.e. nasty kinetic proof mosters )

Edit: As for the original post TKM is awesome in PVE, especially facing off against melee creatures.
