Is this confirmed? Are the motors dropping off other Nightsisters now? Has anyone else seen this?

Other NS have dropped vibro units before, but they are not the Nightsister Vibro Units. It would be great if the NSVUs were dropping from other sisters, but don't mistake regular vibro units or motors for the NSVUs.

I know this might sound daft and all and i'm guessing the answer is most likely NO anyway. But I couldnt think of another weapon other than the flame thrower which does heat damage and as such I was wondering would this new knuckler put a burn on anything us TKM hit with it as the flame thrower does (I'm guessing No as the flamer is obviously a shot of flame whereas this is just it's damage type)? Cos that'd still be kinda useful for pvp and for larger mobs with 100% resists to heat and kinetic???


Interesting to know as much as possible though

well got my first set of 5 NSVU's dropped on me today on Valcyn after a half month of camping Axkva... wow... that took some work, the deeper you get into it the less you are willing to not camp her the following day... the very thought of you camping it for two weeks staright (logging off and on at the stronghold) and missing one day so some undedicated bloke could come and scoop them up the only day you miss is heart-breaking.


these take work guys... and for good reason... i for one am actually gald they are giving us rare weapons... why the heck would you want something everyone else has... it wouldn't mean anything to you would it? if you aren't dedicated you don't deserve them... it's already way too easy to master a profession.... what will set you apart from the rest?


I'm assuming (i didn't read this whole thread if this has been mentioned already) that because of the name the schem will drop in the bunker right? does anyone know for sure?

oh and btw, TKM and master rifle with a t21... oh pharm4with an inventory full of stim d's will do the trick

If axvla spawned at a random time during the day I might buy that arguement. but if the server resets while you're at work, you're just screwed arent you? since she's dead an hour after reset every day.


I've been to the cave every day for the past month, never seen her. Does this make me less devoted? How about if you arent also a doctor(edit: or a riflemen with concealshot)? So you have to start in coronet for the buffs, then hop a starship and take a bike out... does that make you less devoted?


I'm all about these things being hard to get, but make the quest hard, make the monsters hard... make the drop rare.... dont make it something you cant even try... thats just lame.

I'm not arguing against rare loot, only against the philosophy of denying some people a chance to play the game based on the TIME OF DAY they log on??? The game should be the same for morning people as night people... and vice versa. If I'm paying the same amount of money, I should have the same opporunities to play. This isnt to say that I have a right to a Razor Knuckler, or my Jedi Slot, or any other rare achievement... only that I should have the same opportunity to pursue it. If Axvla kicks my butt, she kicks my butt... if she drops schematics or armor shards or whateve relse, tough luck for me, go heal up and try again. At least then I'm playing the game, I'm not wandering through an empty cave in an empty stronghold because they are artifcially creating rarity through limiting the spawns like that.

I am happy with having her spawn once a day. I think I have 20 or so motors now and yeah I have lost a lot of sleep over it but oh well it will all be worth it. Making her spawn once a day is actually making it hard to get the motors. But people do sell them so if oyu can't get on and get her yourself then use your online time to kill other things and get the money for your own motors.

its just very friggen EQ like. make everything fun to have have require huge groups and camping spawns 24/7 waiting for it to appear. this trend in making the best stuff loot only needs to end and end now.


if i wanted to play EQ i would be playing EQ.

they were suppossed to come out with the dwb but never did. They are not in game yet maybe they will be later though
