usually i wear either
<a> my ubese gloves (love the spikes) a black gunman's duster (no undershirt) with bone legs and boots (love the spikes...once again)
<b> doctors dress (red front with black sides) black ubese gloves again or bone gloves and bracers and either bone boots or sandals
<c> same as <a> but replace gunman's duster with the starting brawler cold weather jacket (once again no undershirt) so everybody can see my red buff zabrak chest lol and my cool mohawk of zabrak bones

What i wear depends on what i doing
1) if im in pvp then im deck out in my comp armor
2) if just PVE then i usally wearing a black formal skirt no shirt cause by the time they can hit me they are all dead (and besides i like showing off my buff chest

Mine are only BE clothes
Don't have any CAs on them atm
have to find a good spot to loot them

Bio-enhanced ranged/melee defense (2 pieces, so I cap at 25). No significant SEAs installed.

I am not ingame so going from memory...
Medical healing on my skirt and top.
Melee and Ranged defense on rings,sash and PSG
Terrain Negotitaion on duster
Unarmed speed on gloves

Either get 2x Melee/Ranged Defense clothes or 2x Terrain Negotiation clothes to cap those mods. Or get 1x Melee/Ranged Defense + 1x Terrain Negotiation + some CA's. I have the latter myself.

I've clothes with +25 in melee and range defense
Also added a +25 in wound and injury treatment for my doc skills
Searching for a better terrain nego but already have +16 on 1 of my clothes
Nice to have this enhancers
