Here's the weirdest part. My friend says he can see me meditating normally on Gorath with the correct animation. I just see myself using the sit down animation. But he says I'm meditating on his screen.
Luckily it appears to nly be a broken animation, since you still get the "!" icon. Can anyone confirm this?

Hm i asked many people and they cant see me meditating aswell.
The wound healing and so on works just fine but its sad without the right animation.

tarq is broked!!! whoever said it isnt i dunno y!? but i had never seen the animation before the patch that it happened in so i really dont know =P but I DOKNOW THAT IT LOOKS LIKE SHAT! 
but ya... its fun using it for TEA-BAGGIN!! i do it to random overt imps that are incapped... it r fun! =D

The Animation is broken on Eclipse, but the skill is still working.
Please fix it ASAP
the reason i picked TKA over one handed was the cool animation while meditating.

Conrim it works on flurry, but its a lil bit bugged. whenever ya meditate, you sit down, then stand up really quickly and THEN go into the animation. Other people see this too.

Well, actually you SIT first (it's an attempt to stop the "You cannot meditate while running" thing...but it doesn't). And then the meditaiton takes and you either stand up and go to your knees, or you pop to your knees from the sitting position.
Once in the kneeling position I've stayed the same. In fact, I've left my character there for hours (running an anti-afk-logout script) and he's stayed kneeling the entire time. He's still subject to the sitting-slide-bug though.

It just happened to me last night on Ahazi and affected my friend (TKM) 2 days ago.
Please, make sure to send at least one bug report each on this.
