So you guys are having to equip a piece of armor first then take it off to get innate to turn on? Hmmm, I may have to check and see if anything has changed in the last few patches but since the CU came out I haven't worn any armor at all, not even equiped a piece even once and my innate was working fine. I haven't had much play time the last week or so though so I'll have to check and make sure it's still working right.

Yep. Apparently innate works fine but if you put on armour, then take it off without getting hit it can get bugged.
I personnaly have never been bugged, but have read all the threads about it and that seems to be the solution.

I'm puzzled, are you saying that the second you become TKA you get 6000 point innate armor? How does the innate mod figure into the equation? Just wondering, because I currently have +30 and have no idea what this number means in normal armor stat terms.

Wrong. TK innate is 6000 point armour vs everything. It does a straight 48.5% reduction in damage.
COB is teh dodge but also adds more damage reduction on top of that.

As a TKM/Pike unarmed and un clothed(naked) fighting a brain in the cave I take 165 damage a hit.
Yesterday I respec from TKM/PIKE to Sword/Pike
Fighting the same brain with no clothing on(naked) I now take 130 damage a hit.
Innate armor dosnt work at all for me.
