As I got the vibroknuckler into my hands it was unsliced, and I did the slicing myself, to bring it above 300. if you check the first link you can see the auction, where its clearly stated that its made from a 133 vibro unit looted off Axkva Min the Nightsister, then made by Eclipse's current top weaponsmith Sanu. He also posts in the auction thread.
If it had been pre-sliced I would not have been able to slice it, and there was screenshots prior to the slice showing it in its new, unused and unsliced state. check both links.
a 242 damage knuckler will end up at 317 damage after the damage slice at 31%.
