I took the geo caves alone with my 87 base composite, 2800 doc buffs (nice buffs eh?), and a 192 dmg knuckler, the enhanced kwis were easy as pie and i was takin about 15 crazed geos all at the same time 
never had to heal once. btw so-far my template is tkm, rifleman 0104, novice medic, scout 3000, and brawler 4000. Geo caves are easy. Oh and the nightspider clan elder at the nightspider cult cave isn't 100% kinetic like the NS elder is . 80% kinetic so i was doing about 70 dmg per hit with unarmed hit 3 :/. 350k HAM on her so yeah you can take alot of stuff.
