On double brandy, my HAM costs are like 10 and my mind pool is like 1.8k. On triple Brandy (note, only for around 20 minutes), my specials cost 0. So all I do is spam specials, and if my mind ever gets low I eat some Canape.

I always do make sure I have a good compliment of Brandy and Canape to ensure my mind doesn't go down. I like mixing it up with all kinds of specials when I'm buffed and well fed. I never "spam" on attack. What I'm having fun doing right now is testing my unbuffed abilities. So I'll the power boost skill and then go into a big battle to see how I do. You really learn pool management, the importance of when not to use your VKs,and the capabilities of you character that way. Good luck.

i would suggest the following:
Power Techniques
Balance Conditioning
Precision Striking
Meditative Techniques

"When Sony and Lucas set out, we said, 'How can we do this and not make another EQ?' We didn't want it to be all about Luke, or combat, or lock our players into a class. So we created a system that would allow players to switch professions during the game, and there would be a lot of gameplay around making that change. If you want to go from architect to scout we've created a system to make that happen." - JULIO TORRES

This is what I am looking for. I understand that it is best to group and such but my main concern was what trees to follow initially. Thanks for the input.

grouping is definately a must, even preCU it was the best way to level. most important is to learn what moves cool down faster/slower than others so that you are constantly attacking.. given your action pool sustains.

Get into a good group with high level 80s on Dantooine Mining Outpost. If you decide to go solo
my Suggestion is get to TKA 0100 first so you can
use improved COB..then go up Power Tech.

I agree id tag the improved Center of Being first and work my way up the power tree, for the dizzy attack, then the other two trees prescion before meditation, meditation is really kinda useless i miss the old mini buff of the preCU days, 500 health just isnt enough
