Yeah, It was nice mastering TK when there were no Doc buffs orhalf-decent armor. Those were the days.
It's nice to know that you can master any brawler profession in about 12 hours now. Why things got this out of hand is beyond me. Spinattacking lairs for 12 hours is the coolest thing ever.
Blech.

I think the current time to beat is about 4 hours from novice brawler to master.
Still it takes me about 2-3 hours to get to novice TKA so if your telling the truth... Can ya give me some waypoints?
Check the TKA forums, personally I didn't claim to do it in 4 hours. But I've seen several posts claiming similar times. Personally 2 days was my quickest time for mastering TKA.

/Agreed.
Also to all the newbies with crap armor and bank accounts under 200k expect a little longer to master. I can say I did it in about 24 hours the second time. I also had Master fencer/MB to fall back on. For all those with no skills and still learning the game it will take you much longer then alot of these posters did. Unless your fortunate enough to get in a guild andhave afew people helping you with tips and stuff along the way. Don't get discourage if by next week you only have power tech 2. After you have grinded out a few combat profs, have uber buffs, gear and money to drop on npc trainersyou can expect these sort of time spans.

I forgot to add my stats.
I started playing end of december.
I'm now TKA 2-3-4-3.
I think I have a record here.

At least you'll probably know how to use TK decently when you are done. It took me a long to time master as well. No Doc buffs, no armor. Muon and stim b's. IT was nice when there were only 10 people at the Smuggler Outpost on Dantooine. Damn, I'm feeling sentimental today. ![]()
Anyway, there is really nothing wrong with not mastering a profession in a day.

I do use armor and spice, and now sometimes food.
But don't have medic skills.
And don't use buff, except for specific stuff like, hum, the bunker (where I tank very well btw).
So, it's more like pixies, pixies, pixies.
And probot for the lack of ranged.

I seriously doubt that.
That would be roughly killing something worth 5k xp every 15sec for 3 hrs straight. Don't see that happening.
