a tka doctor will have crazy health and crazy action...

i read on the doc board faq you just need 0-2-3-0 to use the best buffs on yourself without relying on a doc to be around. Would also give you Med know of 80. So you can prob use any stim you need.
I think i'll currently going for
master tka
doc 0-2-3-0
marksmanship 0-0-0-4
scout 3-0-0-0
sure i'd be only cert to use a d18 or cdef, but i'm not really going for damage with the pistol as much as i want to use surpressive fire.. would be funny if youu could punch with your pistol out. Kick butt with a cdef.

Meditation does not increase your HAM regeneration...
The problem with only using a partial level of Doctor and not going all the way to Master is the following: the assumption is that you need only enough skills to USE buffs and you don't actually need to make them youself, you can just purchase tham. But have you tried to buy them? I have been a Master Doctor for over 2 weeks now and I can't find anyone who would sell me buffs!!! Or the price is nuts! So, i make them myself now.

It's the sitting that causes your Mind to regen faster, not the meditation.
Agree'd Sitting on the Mind regen... not meditation.
As for selling enhances... what should they go for? I mean - i've seen guys selling "buffs" for 2k per stat (thats 12k for the mathmatically challenged) So basically that is one use of each "pak" and I'm sure others do better than the 28-32 uses each i'm making... So whats fair to charge?
So what would make it worth my while (and factory time) to make em FOR other people. There IS no good avian meat around. (every enhance other than action uses avian meet for its "organic") and i've been scraping buy on what reactives i can find. (cause nothing good is being sold and as we can see - there is no artisan in my lineup of skills... rofl) SO... ground out master doc crafter to be able to make all this good stuff so i could use it on me and my friends too!!!
Meanwhile - can't walk around w/ Master Doc over yer head... cause that means yer gonna get @told everywhere "How much are buffs?" rofl - amazing how the med profession went from "Heal me NOW and i'm not gonna pay ya" to "heh - how much for buffs"
At any rate - i'd sell em just for the cash flow if i knew a fair price (that made it worth my while to even bother with it) to charge =) PS creating a market of "2k4 buffs" spammers is NOT what i want either - let some other Doc do that.
