Teras Kasi Archive

I know this link has been posted before, but im going to post it agian.

from what i can tell it is from a "guild" or somehting like that form the D20 Star Wars RPG. Im not sure if its offical EU or jsut something that the guys that put the website togeather made up but it has a good story to it.

it says that there are basically two types of TKAs the "brawlers" whish is just the actual martial art of Teras Kasi and then theres the "mysticism" of the Teras Kasi. personally i think that the current TKA in SWG would fall under the first catagory. the "TKA mystic" I think would be the "grand TKM" that was discussed awhile ago (an "elite eliteprofession")

TKM's are supposed to be the policemen of the jedi. If Jedi behave irresponsibly then I think it is a TKM's duty to put them in their place. That said...there is absolutely no way in hell we can kill a jedi unless it's out of pure dumb luck. If you've looked at any of the screen shots on the fourms the lowest hit I've seen a padawan do is for 1400 dammage the maximum dammage is around 7800. This was with a light saber with a 2.1 attack speed. Their force attacks at novice were hitting NPC's for 3000 dammage. Unless you have a bunch of commandos setting a jedi on fire there's no way in heck your going to kill one with out pure dumb luck being involved.
