Well, that doesn't seem to be worth much does it? Why the hell would we want a skill that does nothing?

I have /bugged FOW at least 50 times since CU, i am having the same problem you guys are, i get incapped, i hit the button, it says it works, and im groggy, but i stay laying on the ground incapped, and counting the timer.

Please, /bug the hell out of this or they will not pay attention to it.
