Well I'm a leetzor duelist 
I use warcry2/dizzy/lunge1/dizzy/kd or lunge2 prepare to click Clear queue if the lunge1 and b sure he is dizzied when u click Clear Queue 
then keep em stunned and intimidated so u enter states more quickly and if they're ranged keep them blinded 
I have those in macros

and don't use a belt usea psg, some say psg gets destroyed way too fast, what you do is to have more psgs avaivable, and when swapping psgs, peace it goes faster then.
I don't understand why people say these don't last very long. I go through regular comparmor much faster then PSG's. As a matter of fact, a PSG is one of the first things I baught for armor. Never knew it could be repaired, and it lasted me for about 4 months of constant ranged combat. I now have one that has lasted me about 6 months and it's still above 75% and I've never repaired it either. And yes, I keep it equiped 100% of the time and never take it off. The only exception to me taking it off is when I do the corvette and leave everything decayable in a house for obvious reasons.

ehm psgs get bugged a lot...you need to re equip them after each shuttle, log on/off, crossing of server boundaries...
that yours lasted 4 month mean it just didn't work 
I went through 4 psgs last time I duelled a fencer...

Are you serious? lol. Man, I've been missing out. I used to be able to fight groups of 15 players (non-hardcore) or a cuple "hard core" PvPers and did alright with just my templet and comp. Man, just image if I had that extra protection.

Thats because PSG's are bugged and don't work when you have normal armor on as well. Even a stupid ubese shirt buggs this. /rolleyes

Ill just give my opinion on the dizzy/kd/lunge question:
it can be difficult these days to kd/dizzy someone because everyone and their mother is stacking. Usually kd defence is the highest with all the stacking and thaktillo going around. your best bet is dizzy then lunge.
Dont forget to kepp your opponent intimidated and stunned because those will lower his defenses giving you a higher probability of getting him on his back. If you dont land your states first, you can forget about getting a stacker or jedi on their back.
Even still its hard to defeat someone on pure tk skills (but it can be done if you know this proffession even thoough others say tk is weak in pvp....it isnt). All the best pvpers on my server that I have seen use tk as their primary proffession. The only difference between their uberness and a straight tk is more options (usually in the form of a pikemans heavy dot attack to the mind or a fencer's stun baton to your head). My primary proffession is tk but I picked up 0,0,4,0 fencer for defenses and 0,0,0,3 cm for a mind dot attack. I still get beat from time to time but I have the option, when kd or posture change doesnt stick, to land a mind dot (cm) and not have to worry as much about getting nd'd myself (fencer).
Just my two credits but it has worked for me.
The CU might negate my fencer defense bonuses but I will still keep my cm proffession as a secondary to back up my primary tk skills.

um ... usually if I am in PvP once I get them knocked down, I try to get as MANY states on them as I can , then I spam unarmedheadhit along with unarmeddizzy to try to keep them down while I take out their mind.
