Thread: I'm a Happy TK, anyone else?
Yeah happy yeah real happy... Im happy that I went from being able to fight 3 tortur's at once to having to meditate or camp after fighting a friggin woodland Kima.
How the hell can I be impressed with that? If your anywhere into the TK skill tree Im sure this nerf hurts....now for you idiots that havnt advanced past novice sayin your happy about it....you wait until you see that the upper end of the skill tree doesnt make you any tougher now....just makes you that much more of a gimp the farther you go, like wasting skill points to be raped.

There are still some TKA masters out there sayin' "hey, yeah it's a bit tricky but i can still play along with it". I wonder what kinda "TKA master" you are referrin' to.
You talkin' about yeah some TKA masters are biatchin' about it but hey some don't, so don't think you are mr.iamright coz you are a TKA master and you don't like the change, and start flamin' ppl who try to bring in some positive note on it just to make everyone "relax" a bit.

Exactly, you're right. It is your right to protest, but this thread was on page 4 when I found it with the first 3 pages of nothing but protest. I guess I didnt realize that the TK board was for protesting only. Some Masters quit, some Masters did not. Personally I am upset at the nerf, but I feel that rewards will come eventually. hehe, wouldnt it be funny that if in a month (more than that probably) people start complaining that the TK's are to powerful again? hehe, and alot of these complaints are coming from the Masters that dropped all their unarmed skills to take up a Pistol? hehe. All I'm saying is I am not a quitter. I was really excited about Teras Kasi and until I have a reason to drop it, I wont. I just enjoy playing. Last night I even had a good time grinding out cheap armor to get to Master Artisan. Loved it. That's why I play. Not cause I feel I have to kill all the time. There is so much more to this game than breaking stuff. If all I wanted to do was kill, I'd play a well rounded game like State of Emergency, or something (that was mild sarcasm). I dont know, I guess I just see SWG as something different. Yeah, brawlers suck right now, but I dont totally mind. I think SOE realizes they screwed up, and something will be done. No, they wont revert this patch, but they will try to compensate somehow... somehow...

Why can't people have fun with this profession? Just because you're not happy with it, doesn't mean you should come in and be a complete A$$hole to the person. Let people be happy with it.
What's funny is that everyone says they're going to pistoleer and such...but I've gotten rid of almost all of my marksman skills. The only time I actually use them is against greens/blues and against things that are almost dead and running away. Go figure.
