As a former master swordswoman turned TK, I feel safe in saying that you should ignore people who tell you sword is better than TK

As a previous poster mentioned, COB being broken for TKs lends more balance to the situation, but when it's fixed TKs will be the god-melee again just like always.

wait, wait, you're telling me that a MD/TKM can solo a krayt?

Are...are you serious?

Dear god, I'm heading to Tat now.

Doesn't Matter if you do 5k damage on combat spam,it's the over head numbers that count(try knockdown on a ap 3 mob and unarmed hit 3 with knucklers and laugh at the pathetic damage you do)

We can't solo super hardcore mobs(we can to a certain degree) but not effective like the heavy swordsman.

We can do much better if the developers gave us ap 2 weapons, different damage types or bleeds(which will never happen).

I want to be able to solo as much as i can. Is this the best combo in the game for doing that? or is master ch/flame tree in commando the best.

Master CH / Flame is the best solo tree in the game right now. No matter how much damage you do as a TKM nothing says crowd control like Master CH and for massive damage at a safe distance Flame is king.

Master Doc / TKM is pretty close though, as long as you can avoid being kited you should be fine.

All I have to say is... **edit**!

I have Solod an *Enraged Kimogila* but I had full buffs, buffed my pet, was using 71% kinetic armor when I wasnt using Specials and I still had to drag it through a small Rebel outpost and onto a Perelek spawn to finish the job (ran out of mind).

I cant imagine Soloing a Krayt. Ive been on a few Krayt hunts and Meleeing always limited my chances of servival (WITH a group)

The problem is that different templates are better for different situations. I'm about three boxes short of TKM, with 70/20 Advanced Ubese and +warcry clothing I just tear through FS mobs and darktroopers where I had to apply a flame dot and wait for the dot to kill the FS mob as a commando/master ch.

On the other hand a master ch/flame4 toon can solo krayts with no real difficulty.

Give me the situation and I'll give you the optimum template, or at least my preferred template.
