Is there a large Garden that doesn't have benches in it? That would be a perfect outdoor setting for TK training. In touch with nature and inner force.

Okay, so I cant really take credit for this idea. But a lot of people wanted content for the TKA and someone mentioned a dojo for player cities. I think this is a great idea personally but lets play around with it a bit shall we?
Lets start with what this dojo would be. It should be open to anyone, not just the TKA. Why cant this dojo bea place where any combat profession can go to have a duel? Kind of like a designated dueling ring. It could be set up like a stadium where anyone can come and be a spectator. You could make rules before hand like no armour, no weapons, woodstaffs only, anything you can imagine.
Then if the Devs really wanted to get into this they could add NPC's to the mix and have themed battles. IE a Rebel facing off against a horde of storm troopers. Or an Imperial taking on a group of Rebels or a group of pirate criminals. Or having player run tournaments with a cash prize. The possibilities are almost endless.
The thing is lets not give them to player cities. Instead lets have these dojo's for the real cities like Besine, Theed, or Coronet. The Devs are looking for ways to increase the population in those cities and this is a good chance to do so.
What do the rest of you guys think?

It's an interesting idea, but I dunno if the coding of the game can handle it

Coding would be difficult, but an amazing idea. I think it's a great idea, but not sure what the devs would feel on this one, or if TK's should have it. If ever a petition were to come up for this, you'd have my support, still.

very nice idea i like it but i would agree that it be in the big cities like theed or coronet, bestine.

How would coding be so hard? Use a similar code that they use for the Dark Jedi Enclaves.

I dont think dojo was the word I should have used. I probably should have said something like arena, but it was late and I was tired. The reason I said it shouldnt be for player cities is that the devs were looking for ways to get the main cities populated again. And with arenas being in the main cities you could get some NPC and dev involvement. Not saying that you couldnt get those things in a player city, but with arenas spread out all over the planet you wont get as much attention to a particular player city arena as you would a main city arena.

Vegitaa is, I believe, is the one who brought this up. And I like the idea of the other (melee) proffessions going in the Dojo and to Duel. But in my opinion, I'd just stick to the TKA DOJO which I'm doing currently on Corbantis.
I like to make things simple and original, but being a TKA you can also be another proffesion as your second such as rifleman and what not.
Thank you for at least having a thread that attracted people to start a DOJO, ahha I tried... did'nt have that many replies
