Heh if it costs 200 HAM then it has to do over 800 damage in PvE to be even worth considering as a PvP attack. Remember all damage is at 25% of what you hit for in PvE.
Considering TKAs have to stand next to whatever they're hitting anyway,HAM costs this high for specials makes no sense at all to me.

Well I thought I used my HAM fast as a master rifleman, then I tried TKA. 
Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to bash the class, I'm having fun with it as mysecond combat class.It just seems strange that riflemen feel we got the short end of the stick with HAM costs compared to pistoleers/carbineers when in fact we don't have itbad compared to TKAs (and I'm guessing all melee from your post).
