Food is cheap, while its not quite as good as the doc buffs, I can afford it and it free's up 14 SP's.
If you really examine the doc buffs, they are not that earthshattering. They are handy, but NOT essential. Plus the xxx4 line has only 10 melee defence and 10 ranged defence, not great.
300 health buff is very minor, its a few hits, thats all, plus you dont need Doctor to get that anyway! You get it from Medic (unless you want to master doc for a buff that grants a few extrahp).
The speed buff is (from what i can tell) pointless for a TKM as i think we hitthe hard cap on melee speed (im sure someone will tell me im wrong here, i just dontnotice any significant difference).

Ask anyone who knows what they're doing about combat speed buffs.Hit your trade board and punch "luilris mushroom pie" intothe search bar.Combat speed isprobably themost powerfulmod you can get for pvp;forget endorphin, serotonin and the defense mods, adrenal boost just about makes doc xxx4 worth it all by itself.
