Thread: Second Profession for TKA
i hear ya, this is the delima that i've been in for a month or so as i work my way up to TKM as well.
as of yesterday, i was TK 1/2/4/2
CH 2/1/1/1 (or something like that)
novice pistoleer (w/ health shot 2)
and medic 3/3/3/3 (maybe)
the pistol is great to draw the creatures to ya and get a bleed on them (i mostly PvE) if they swarm launch my greater sludge panther on the other one(s)while i beat the first one to a pulp. when a heal is needed stim b's to the rescue, andif the creature bolts on ya while beating on it, switch to pistol and with 1 or 2 shots it drops. no running and chasing (god i hate that). all the skills came and developed natrually since it kinda was my play style.
lastnight i was due for a pretty nice TKA training bringing me to
tka 1/3/4/3 ( i know, i know, get the meditation up)
and medic 3/4/3/4
i had to practically dump all my pistol skills to do that (**weeps for his dx2**, eesh and fwg5, ack! and scout)
i'm due for a ch training which would let me use the rancor pet a very good friend of mine just game me, which would mean completely loosing pistol (but for a rancor, i can deal with that)
which leaves me with the followng choice for my next training :
TKA/Doctor or TKA/CH
... **sigh**
i think i'm takin' the TKA/Doctor choice as well, but it will really kill me to get rid of my pets and scout skills for it (ick.. the thought of running slow up hills)
i'm sure this has been the delima of almost every TKA out there. i SWORE when i first trained CH, i would only use them to help advance TKA, but now, i'm almost depentant.
.. ok enough rambling.. on with the show.
Still not sure on what to do to comliment mastert TKA once I get it.
Choices in order of preference.
1. M. Smuggler (wit either skills on pistoleer branch or novice medic)
2. M medic
3. CH
I intend on keeping scout at 4/0/4/0.
Any advice?
Master Medic to heal myself the H & A
Novice Rifleman 2/0/0/0 to prevent kiting ( mind bleeding with a T21 is nice
Scout 4/0/2/0 to prevent A LOT of kiting on broken terrains
