Gaffi sticksare both Kinetic damage(Most easily resisted damage type in the game) AND AP0(50% damage reduction vs player armor). They make a horrible PvP weapon. The Vibroblade is your next best bet vs stun armor, though a stun baton will normally still outdamage it.

Debuff is anything that applies certain kinds of status effects:


Stun, Intimidate, Blind, Dizzy - these are all debuffs, in that they inhibit the other person/creature from doing certain things, thus 'de buffing' them.
