I've found in my experiences, I can beat jedi knights if they use their two handed, or polearm sabers. But once they pull out that one handed saber, your mind is gone. I suspect the knight you killed had a two handed or polearm saber out, in which case they cannot target your mind pool.

bah still trolling my post...

anyways, if you read the top post, he was using lucidity strike, whichis the 1h saber mind attack. but you are correct, I canhang withsentinels and enforcers with their polearm sabers, but I am toast if they can go after my mind pool.

There is a difference between having the skills and using them effectively.

Bowra here, a veteran of a hundred battles likely knew everything he was doing and used his skills to the utmost.

Jedi need to be balanced with the rest of the game just like everyone else. If you start nerfing every prof. or template that can compete with jedi, then you pretty much have a very one sided, crappy game. I think that the biggest missconception people are bringing to the table in this game is that jedi should be better then everyone at everything. "I holo grinded 32 proffessions therefore I should be the best and should be rewarded with ultimate power!". Sorry, this would pretty much make every other profession in the game obsolete, this is bad and dangerous, hopefully the dev team will have a decent round of checks and balances so that jedi can bring very distinct and worth while advantages to pvp, but will not be invincible and require no skill to play.
