once you hit meditation 4 you will be able to heal all wounds, its really a glorious thing. i havnt been to a doctor since december. the only thing you really need to worry about it bf. but i would deffinatly suggest grinding to med 4 and droping all med skills.

One of the nicest things about it to me is that I almost never bother to set my clone to where I am. So what if I die and my bars are half blackened? Less than a minute of meditation and they're all clean as can be (BF is a different matter, though).

Although meditate is surely great, I wouldn't tell your doctors to go jump off a cliff just yet.
Yes theoretically you won't need a doctor to heal your wounds you can heal them yourself... fine....
But now lets talk pvp, and the fact you may not want or have the next 3 minutes contemplating in deep serenity while your wounds heal.... Ahhhh then a doctor gets real handy. If jacked up on havla, and good wound packs can wipe out massive amounts of wounds in seconds and get you back on the field fighting again good and strong. How about the first time you get poison/diseased .... meditate will heal that as well, but maybe not before you incapacitate due to the poison/disease... Once again doctors rule because they can cure both states in a few seconds as opposed to 2 - 3 minutes....
Just food for thought everyone wants to bounce your docs and medic skills, but you might want to think twice. Sitting down to meditate may not always be allowed at the moment you want to do it, nor will baddies neccessarily let you call a "time-out" to do it.
