TKM/DM 0130 Pikeman, I tend to solo, so decide the xtra healing in being a master doc was worth it.

And last night I happily took on 3 lvl 81 NS but no decent drops

Master Ranger/TKM, these were my first professions and I will stick with them untill I reach paddie

I very seldom hunt npc's, only with guildies in group now a days, but I get a bonus to hit critters, camo, and traps. I usually find a safe area around 35-40m's from lone critter, throw a glow wire trap which lower's a mob's defence, hit cob, then he is upon me, so I woop 'em up. I have been doing lvl 82-84 missions on Dath., of course I am cl 80 with the double master.

I am currently TKM, Master Pike and4000 Doc. I solo a lot and I don't pvp (but have been told that this is a very good pvp build), I am having a lot of fun with this build.

I did try the TKM, Master Pike, Master Brawler, 2000 Fencer and 0340 Swords build, and while I don't think it's a bad build, it just didn't suit me, the heal-over-time in the above build makes me feel more comfortable.

One thing I can't understand though... why Swords 0340 and not0034? As long as you dont actually use a Sword it looks a lot better to me. You gain 50General Melee Accuracy at the cost of 5 General Melee Speed, and you get Critical Strike for the loss of Area Taunt?

I combined TKM, Master Tailor, Brawler 4040 Entertainer 0043...........

I can kick but and look good (no stupid armor) at the same time and when combats over dance the night away

Works very well if you ask me.

TKM / Master Swords / Master Brawler/ Fencer 0004 / Pike 0140 = 248 points

I fight with a hammer that gives a modified dps of a little over 500.

Nunas fear me. Not those big ones mind you, but those drawf ones....I own them all!!!

Does this not feel limiting as far as the specials go, or do the traps pretty much make up for that? Can you throw the traps fast?

I went with MTK / MD with Swordsman 0022 for some added damage. The BEST part about this is I can stay buffed, on top of great defense, i can heal easily, and the Adrenaline buff speeds upthe attacks a ton. If i'm going after a hard target I just...

Buff myself, CoB (add def), Bacta Infusion (starts a heal over time), Dizzy (to lower target defense), Sword Flurry (damage plus adds more def to me), Advanced Armor Break (negates target armor), Lunge (to kd), then start wailing away using a combo of Critical, Headhit, and Combo. I can take an 84 in no time at all. By far the best solo template.

TKM/Master Swords/Medic 0-4-1-0/Scout 2-0-4-0 (or possibly 2-0-4-1, I forget, have to look in-game). Enough healing to help keep myself and teammates alive (Bactaspray often makes a better area taunt than Area Taunt, I'm one medic who actually WANTS the aggro-on-healing), enough scout to maskscent and get great creature-hunting bonuses, plus defenses that keep me alive for tanking, and enough offense to do well even solo. I did a LOT of testing and visiting the frogs on the test center before coming up with this combo, and I love it Might drop the '1' out of Medic to make way for FS skills later...but I've honestly been having far too much fun to even consider heading to the Village again, not like I want to go Jedi anyway. Probably continue that for the rewards you get from some of the phases, that'd be about it.

Yes it is limited to the amount of specials I get, but I really don't need that many. The Ranger really gives me nothing but traps and camo and as I said the creature to hit bouns. Ranger give's me no specials or weapons, but I have been one for so long I just couldn't play with out it, same for TKM. I 'MUST' pull the mobs one at a time, this is where the camo helps, and my trap seems to agro only one also. The rest is just beating them down, which takes a little longer than if I had sword or pike master.

P.S. Oh and as far as traps I really only use one to pull target, and it weakens their defence against both ranged and melee, so it is the one I made crates of for solo and group.

It seems are of you are taking alot of other melee with tka. Is it wrong im going Master Carbineer with Master TKA? I like to fight ranged but i also like to handle myself up close. I think its very veratile. Plus the defense tka gives is great.

Need to get somewhere cheaply? I'm your man. Charter space flights. If for group hunting, it's free as long as im involved If for anything else, see me about fees(Alot cheaper than normal interplanetary transportation).

Need a job done? Need protection? Need anything? Ask!

Carbineer/ TKA/Private pilot at your service.

Started trying Master TKA/Master Doc today with the rest in Scout for a bit of runspeed up hills and harvesting.

I was Soloing L82 Slinky Voritors with this a couple of hours ago.

The Doc speed buff really helps boost the damage output, and the other Doc buffs and heals make me feel all warm inside. *grins*
