Ryutek thanks for the great confirmatin, but that still leaves the question of when the other defenses cap. I mean the defenses like defense vs kd, dizzy, blind, and stuff. When do those cap or do they never cap?

Actually defense vs KD is technically capped....there is ALWAYS a 5% or 1/20 chance to land a KD. So you're technically capped at +95 defense vs KD anything more is a waste of skillpoints\tapes\attachments. I believe the same works for lunge. Not sure about dizzy and the rest of them....
