are you sure ur reading the combat right lol.
for once thing Unarmed Damage mods dont work on clothes.
You have to be mistaken or your character is screwed in some dodgy way because u being a much higher lvl than him and him doing more damage is just beffabling.

first question, the bio'd clothes don't work i understand this but the mods still show on your character sheet they just don't actually work, second question no foods, spices or any other stat mods were being used....I am totally lost but i think i can post a screeny of the combat log, I know i am reading it right

I just read a couple of other posts on this forum about adv. combo and one suggested using the stadard melee hit, I just tried it and I hit for 590 and he hits for 510 now I am even more lost.....is this something i should submit a /bug for?!?!?! I can't imagine the csr that would get it would take a "hey i am not doing enough damage" ticket seriously...

well there is a display bug for the combo attack which only shows 290 for me (average i think for lvl ranges from 40-80) but it actually does tripple. May just be some kind of mix up or something.

Bah, dumb board, never hit submit message while it's still trying to load after give you that html error message.
Anyways I know you probably already read this but here's a quick repost of my info from that other thread, no attack was set to auto attack and I used combo attack as my lead off attack while holding the mouse over the health bar and looking at the number as I hit the number for combo attack on the keyboard and quickly wrote the current health number down, I then subtracted the current health from max and it was 477, same as the verbose combat message implies...
"It's just the display of the damage that's bugged, the attack itself works fine, from what I've seen and tested anyways. Easy way to find out how much you're actually doing is to go into the chat options and turn on verbose combat messages, you'll get a message like this when you use a combo attack....
"Ronaj attacks a humbaba with Combo Attack using JB's Vibro Knuckler and hits for 158 points (158 points of energy damage). A humbaba's armor absorbed 3 points out of 480 possible points of damage."
Just subtract the absorbed amount from the possible amount and you'lllearn how much damage you're actually doing."
Besides this little quirky bug I have no other clue as to what could be the cause of the difference in damage.

yeah i did read about the display bug but still can't figure out how he hit 3 times to my one...also if we were both using the same attack shouldn't the display have been bugged for both of us?
