Difference of opinions, just as most things in life. Trust me though, you won't be using this as much in PvP as you will ranged defense. My observation on your template though: Commando, used for taking down large armored targets or damaging many enemies at one time, not a normal combat class and not (at least not at this time) designed for comatting rifles, carbines, and pistols. TKA, requires close range but nearly always destroys it's enemies when it can reach that range. Preferable in PvP to commando by far. Novice Pistoleer, not high enough to use pistols to their full potential, used only for it's passive bonuses but not viable for true PvP.

Just my opinion, but I see no use for low level pistoleer when you are already a TKA / Commando.
